The enterprises internalizing these values and principles are more consistent and sustainable than any other capitalist enterprise. This paper stresses the importance the principle of inter-cooperation and the enterprises implementing this cooperative principle are more viable. The University of the Basque Country (UPV / EHU) has created its own Employment Service which has obtained outstanding results, although it is unclear whether the created companies use intercooperative formula. 
520 3 |a El objetivo de este artículo es demostrar que los valores y principios cooperativos forman parte de lo que denominamos capital y las empresas que interiorizan dichos valores y principios son más consistentes y sostenibles que cualquier otra empresa. En este trabajo se subraya la importancia de la intercooperación y las que ponen en práctica este principio cooperativo son proyectos empresariales más viables. La Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea tiene en funcionamiento un Servicio de Empleo el cual ha obtenido destacados resultados, aunque no se sabe si las empresas constituidas utilizan fórmulas intercooperativas.

Euskal Herriko Unibertsitateak badauka Enplegu Zerbitzua eta emaitza esanguratsuak erdietsi ditu, nahiz ikasleentzat erakargarriagoak diren lankidetza formulak ez dakigun erabiltzen dituzten sortutako enpresa berriek.
